These projects span global markets. With extensive investment and banking experience, including private and public equity placements, preferred equity, debt financing, mergers, and acquisitions, our team brings a wealth of knowledge to every venture.

Our Co-Investment Partners consist of private and public financial institutions, opportunity funds, hedge funds, private equity groups, family offices, and operators from various sectors—all with a focus on real estate. We manage our investments over a 5-7 year holding period, aiming to increase operational cash flow and build long-term value.
